I’m assuming you want a fwb because your girl doesn’t satisfy you sexually. If that’s the case you need to talk to her if not break up with her. But I’m not the moral police, you have to find a girl who’s simply ok fucking you knowing you had a girl. If your that guy it won’t be too difficult

Yeah, if they know you have a gf and you try to get with them, they'll probably think you're a dirtbag. They'll probably think you're a person who should not be trusted, whose words cannot be believed and whose actions cannot be respected.

That's generally not good for attracting women.

You make it sound like you wanna find a carpenter or an electrician. Most of the fwb I experienced didn’t start with “I need to find an fwb” or a girl says “I’m looking for a fwb.”

The “FWB” is a situation, not a person or even a job. Once you understand that, everything becomes clearer and you move like water.

I mean; just be a dirtbag. Go after a less attractive, desperate, insecure woman. Ensure they know you’re a dirtbag so they can’t be mad about that later (or they can but you can just tell them you never lied to them). You’ll get a lot of rejection but once you find the right woman, you’ll be able to enjoy yourself for at least a few months. Just court her the same way you’d court a regular woman but be sure she knows you’ll never be in a serious relationship with her. I’ve seen married guys pull this off a few times with willing women. (Even a mildly hot guy with a pretty hot woman, i saw them out at a restaurant and heard the drama from the waitstaff) so it can be done.

You could also lie but this could ruin your life (if she’s crazy she might stalk you, burn your stuff, take a bat to your car, tell your gf)
