Yeah, that's not a good look to send emails about planting stories.

Too long to read, however, if I were producing a movie that involves any kind of romantic scenes, I would avoid contracting her or any similarity problematic actress.

Swift is a feminist but I haven’t seen her going anything like as hardline misandrist as Lively seems to be doing. Starting a lawsuit a year after the movie was completed looks like some kind of damage control for the movie’s failure at the box office. I have no trouble imagining Baldoni getting too edgy and “boy’s club” on set, Lively didn’t come out smelling of roses either. She should save her money for her kids.

Don’t most movies have an intimacy coordinator? How does an actor have the control over the set claimed?

If he committed a sexual crime, then file a criminal complaint. This seems like a MeToo accusation to smear an actor and possibly win a settlement without any proof he actually committed any offense and I see no mention of how she had a loss she should be compensated for.

Maybe the guy pushed some boundaries. I don’t know, but this is a smear campaign and attempt to extort money, not the steps one takes when one feels they are a victim of a sexual offense, and it’s not how one goes about suing for a financial loss caused by another person.
