If you want to have a cynical laugh, google male dominated fields and then contrast that with female dominated fields. What you’ll notice is that in all the examples listed a picture is shown of a woman in those occupations. Then is listed reason why women may be under represented, even listing “micro aggressions”.

There is no such picture swap of women when you google search them. Nor is there any mention of negative behaviour on the part of women as to why this disparity may exist.
