STBXW go in a car accident but someone else drove the car, cars out of state and in my name insurance is in my name, reported it under my name. I Blocked her from the insurance app so she won’t submit the claim in my name but going to try to see if I can transfer the title to her online because she refused to do the legal separation process so I’d be held liable. Not removing the insurance until the car is in her name but damn man. Then I’m called selfish for complaining that she let a random person drive a car that was in my name and not hers and insured in my name. If I could upload the screen recording of texts I would but it’s like I can’t shake her off me. It was supposed to be amicable and smooth process.
