Yes, it is a red flag.

You are not that important for her to consider loosing the trust of all her orbiters.

Probably there is an alpha among them who she fears giving the wrong impression.

To go against the flow. I've been dating a girl for over a year now, we could say she has become my LTR project.

From the get-go I've decided not to cross beams in Facebook, I think i'ts lame and don't really post pictures of us together. She has complied so far, mimicking what I do.
All her friends know about me, I'm just the mysterious guy who doesn't want to be known.

So thread carefully, in my case, the non-facebook interaction comes from me, but I bet that if I wanted us to update our relationship status the following would happen:

1) I would not ask her
2) She would follow suit.

I wouldn't next her over it.

Get busy making your life awesome. Only invite her to things where she will add to the awesomeness, otherwise just keep her around for sex when you want it.

If she bails, shrug and Game new women.

She isn't invested in you. That's fine. Invest in yourself and attract women who are invested in you.

Massive red flag. Normally women will mark their territory with visible hickeys, public displays of affection and Facebook.
