Try this exercise in a relaxed place, like a meditation: Write down stressful thought, for example "(Girl's name) won't like me tomorrow" Then answer these questions slowly and listen internally for answers about stressful thought: 1. Is it true? (That she won't like you) yes or no (if "No" go to question 3) 2. Are you 100% sure it's true - yes or no 3. How does the thought make you feel? (Ex. Nervous, worried, sad, alone, etc... No wrong answers) 4. What would you be without the thought? (My answer is usually happy, free and confident, but no wrong answers) Now turn the stressful thought around: Example - (Girl's name) WILL like me tomorrow

Now lay down with your hand on your heart and listen to your breathing... Slowly and over and over again repeat the turned around thought... Do this for a few minutes or however long you like. It works for any stressful thought and rewires your brain and nervous system. Do it now and do it before you talk to her tomorrow to rewire yourself... PS There is nothing wrong with you. It's normal... Everything is normal.

And if it doesn't work out, remember you are one step closer to the girl waiting for you.
