At almost two hours in length, that's a lot to get through, so I admittedly haven't watched it yet. However, another channel thankfully did a short reaction to some of Sargon's points from this marathon, and I have to say that Carl brings up some great criticisms and observations about what is happening here. One thing he notes somewhere after the hour mark – and this is an angle I hadn't heard before – is that this young boy is only ever interrogated by female authority figures, and that this is deliberate and malicious framing by the show's writers. Throughout the entire story, anything male is de-platformed and not given any respect, and this occurs right in the very structure of the narrative on display. To put it bluntly: the levels of estrogen in this particular piece of propaganda are through the roof!

The interrogation scenes with the woman questioning him crossed so many lines for me. He didn't have his attorney or adult present, he is still a minor vulnerable to manipulation and coercion to self incriminate. I also got mad when she started asking him questions about sexual urges and how far he'd gone with a girl. She was not his doctor asking him those things for treatment purposes. Imagine if a male adult was asking a female child those things. He was visibly uncomfortable by it all. Wouldn't that make everything statements made under duress?

This is a really good video. Sargon (Carl Benjamin) is an OG of the online men's issues space--even though he has never actually identified as part of the manosphere.

The entire things plays like propaganda, because if the story was about an adult who did these things the narrative essentially would be "you're evil, the end", but instead it pretends to be sympathetic to parents who have to raise their children in a society that openly despises them for being born male (but conveniently leaves out that last part).

Also the scene where the therapist tells him she can't see him anymore is so cringe. No child likes therapy, much less with a cold unfeeling robot with resting bitch face. and I guess the dad was supposed to serve as an example of "positive masculinity", you know be disposable, be the provider, expect nothing in return, but le cry when you "need to".

Obviously if men just cried more they'd be alot less evil and violent (but still violent in the GOOD way that benefit women.
