A lot of TRP sounds conservative in terms of expectations for women and is largely consistent with Proverbs 31.

Yet TRP also seems to disdain marriage and promote male promiscuity. I've long conceded the need to take women for a "test drive," but I know it's sinful.

Christianity has historically borrowed small amounts from pagan philosophy to address the difficulties of the times, and maybe this is one of those times. Is it effective to take just a bit of TRP, and not the whole thing? It makes sense to restore the sexual balance which has been skewed in favor of women in recent decades, but I see no need to spin multiple "plates."

Our Lord Jesus Christ said, "Be ye wise as serpents but innocent as doves." (Matthew 10:16)
