You're entitled to privacy in your home, even when you're renting from someone else thry can't dljudt enter when they want, they can't put up cameras and they can't make unreasonable demands like photo evidence every month.

If it's not in the lease, it's not enforceable. This being in the lease would be wild since it's illegal discrimination in most places.

That... isn't even legal. It is a massive invasion of privacy. Is it the landlady herself telling you this because it sounds sketchy as fuck, as in I would think they are trying to figure out what they can steal from your apartment.

That sounds like a Fair Housing violation to me (assuming you're in the US). A landlord demanding a special requirement from you due to your gender is discriminatory.
