First, take it to DM's. You're about to ask her out and doing so in public isn't in either of your best interest. Puts more pressure on her to manage your feelings and exposes you to some slight public embarrassment.

Drop into her DM's with something funny about small/low windows. Don't worry about it being the funniest thing in the world or anything, just put something down she might engage with - drop it and forget about it. If she responds, get a little back and forth going (reference something you have in common or another picture or just a little (little) small talk (area of town, something local that's interesting, etc) and then tell her you're taking her out on a date.

Don't ask, tell. Don't be a shithead about it though. Look for anything that could possibly be twisted into you two hanging out and use it. You can even just pull it out of your ass completely with - "that's interesting, you're going to have to tell me more about that when I take you out this weekend." You assume she's going to say yes, so it's not a question really, it's foregone conclusion and you're just sorting the details.
