Shoot. I need to get a mani-pedi. Pretty much always have dirt under my nails from all of the remodeling and mechanical work I do as a hobby.

I've definitely been splurging on the massages recently, too. If anything it's a break from life to think. As a tip to others: see about finding a local massage school to get massages with students. Yes there's a lot of variation to what they do, but the price is typically right - 40 to 60$ per 55 min session. I was going weekly.

Good for you. Self care is critical during divorce. I haven’t had to get a massage in years but my masseuse was definitely part of my divorce team along with lawyer, accountant, counselor, pastor, and family members. Shit we were the fuckin A team, of course everything came up aces.
