I mean, my uncle had his kids flat out abducted to a different province, the mother dodging a court date. No consequences at all. She brainwashed her kids into hating their father for 18 years only for them to want to visit him at least once anyways and the rest is history now.

The world is against men. Not just ambivalent to their struggle, you're simply blood currency for "progress" and any struggle is either our own fault or comedic relief.

At least, that's what media and law would have us believe but you can't live your life like everyone's your enemy. This is absolutely a failure of justice, and I can empathize having heard so many similar stories and seeing them unfold around me.

It is a complete failure of the legal system. It is a family court that is so biased in favour of women, it cannot seperate the best interests of the children, from the wants of their mothers.

The solution to every issue raised in family courts, is to reduce conflict by removing fathers from the family unit. As a father, you are viewed as a problem, not a parent.

But you cannot allow yourself to fall into the mire of depression, anger and resentment that the family court steers you to. You have to remain a father, and continue to work for the welfare and happiness of children.

In modern family law, that means fathers must insulate their children from the mess the family court creates, while behind the scenes fighting for their right to know and experience the love of both their biological parents. This is the mission impossible fathers are faced with, in feminist cultures.

I don't have any answers for you. I'm a mother, and I don't understand why the court system favors the mother even when all evidence shows they are not the best parent. If feminist really care about equality, then why aren't they holding protests outside the family courts demanding equal rights in child custody cases or any other cases. It seems that equality only matters when it benefits them. I wish you and your daughter the best. I'm sorry you're going through this.

yes, the system is broken. it has not just failed fathers, it has also failed our kids - the future. im sorry this has happened to you and your kid. your not the only one and you wont be the last.

i made some tough personal decisions regarding this but i cant tell you what to do or what not to do. as a man/father you must decide.

all i can do and keep doing until i leave this world is raise awareness to best of my abilities and maybe help others along the way. some people will judge and say its a defeatist mentality or black pill etc., but its fine with me. you can judge all you want - like i said, i made my deciision. the lost time with my son will never be recuperated

At this point you are starting to feel reality of western matriarchies. You will have no chance in court and any money there might be burned as well. Its useless. But you might try, for the future proof to your child of having tried everything.

You dont live in a just society. You have no rights. Your child WILL be taken, no matter what and there is nothing you can do about it. Welcome to the outside of the matrix. You have taken the red pill.

The best case scenario at this point is, that your child won't be physicaly harmed over the course of the next years. Dont start reading about what mothers do to their children, if they hate the father. You WILL get nightmares. Reducing contact and doing whatever the mother asks might increase the survival chances of the hostaged child.

Mental harm and parental alienation lasting for at least a decade, if not longer is a given at this point. You have to accept and live with it.

Document everything your child does on social media, so you might have a chance in the future once the child realizes, it has been abused by the mother. Might help to reconnect over important events. In any case you will need a secure channel the mothers dosnt know about otherwise the channel will be monitored and used against you.

The chances of you getting through ti her mother and having some kind of healthy relationship with the daughter are slim at best. The mother usualy uses the child to bleed you dry financialy until you are so close to depression that not even the manosphere can save you.

The number 1 killer of men under 40 is self deletion. Dont give her the satisfaction of deleting you by proxy. Be aware of her not viewing you as a human but a animal only usefull for certain things ready to be discarded at any time.

You will have to wait until the child grows the naturaly genetic ingrained curioisity for its lineage on its own. If the mother is intentionaly withdrawing the child, no direct contact, but written documented contact might be more clever.

Overall slim chances at best.

Please wake up and open your eyes. Society will ALWAYS treat you like a doormat. The judiciary system is not "unjust" in their eyes. It's just an underlining of how they view you.

It's deeply rooted in biological bias. Men are disposable in a survival instinct because one man is enough to copulate with 100 women.

So the pill against that is NOT to battle the system. Because you will live your life in misery.

Your children are raised up in a similar scenario. You thought that you could value yourself on what you are worth and wait from your children a different response ?

Listen to your body. You are tired and emotionaly destroyed ???? Good then it's time to be fired from work because of not coming in. And being depressed and being sad. Shut down instead of feeding them still. Go no income. Be depressed. Listen to yoursekf. Make them taste the wellfare.

You're right. The court is biased against you because you're a man. This is a reality you need to accept because it won't change any time soon.

Without knowing the specifics I can't suggest a way forward via legal action.

What i can suggest is swallowing your pride and nicely asking your ex for access. Yes it sucks and it's not fair but at least you might to see your kids.

I see that your case is in New York, pretty much gender-biased, but there are much worse. We have had pretty good success with our courthouse protests, more so than any legislation. The problem with the legislation is that these so-called "Family" court judges have judicial discretion, which allows them to proceed in what they consider to be the Best Interest Of The Child. (BIOTC)

A key element for you will be, always stay focused on the BIOTC, never vary, never waiver. A Google search will provide those 14 studies recognized as the BIOTC. I would also recommend Richard Warshak's book entitled "Divorce Poison." Unfortunately, all too frequently, one parent may feel the need to speak ill and alienate the other parent. It's best for you to know and understand what is recognized as Parental Alienation Syndrome. If you need additional information, it can be found in the DSM, and the MDPI has a vast amount of very good information. And of course, what is the driving force behind all that these courts and their associated minions do? Well, it is the root of all evil, of course. Paying attorneys is just the beginning; child support, and of course, the Social Security Act Title IV-d is drives the corruption.

Times are changing, we are effecting a change in these family courts, some states now actually recognize 50/50 shared parenting as being in the BIOTC. Judges are even speaking up! Someone sent me a video of a female Family Court Judge, sitting at her bench, saying, "We made a mistake, we have learned from our mistakes, we now realize that our children need to share equally in the lives of both parents."

Twenty years ago, when I first became involved in the gender-biased, anti-father, so-called "Family" courts, a full 84% of all non-custodial parents(NCPs) were the father. That has changed now, I see it and hear it every day. We set up groups in all 50 United States and as many as 13 countries. So far, the US and Greece have been the most successful in making a change for our children's rights. But changes are afoot everywhere!

That's right, stay focused on that, this is not a Father's, Mother's, or Grandparent's right, this is about our Children's rights and their true best interest.

I have protested in over 20 United States and court-watched hundreds of cases in 13 United States. Change will take this multi-pronged approach:
1. Protests demanding equal parenting rights for our children.
2. Court-watch, hold these judges, attorneys, parental evaluators, and more accountable.
3. Legislation, we will then, in many States, still need to court-watch.

If you really want your daughter to garner her right to equally shared parenting, the best you can do is educate yourself through those aforementioned books. Then, spend every spare day court-watching your judge. That's right, COURT WATCH, I have seen the greatest individual change by court-watching! When I court watch, I give the bailiff my Fathers-4-Justice business card, and they always go back into the chambers and alert the judge. From that point forward, the entire proceeding changes. So, put on your best suit with a power tie, bring your briefcase and large clip board, and let the judge see you, take notes on what the judge likes and doesn't like. Then, just in case you get a different judge, go to the other courtrooms, spend several days before your next hearing, and let the other judges see you. Then, when you speak before the court, you will better understand the law, you will be more comfortable in your communication, and the judges will know, "This father is different, he really cares about the BIOTC."

There is also a Fathers4Justice of New York chapter, it will help to unite and courtwatch together. When we all stand together, UNITED, on that day...
