So my ex has till today to agree to the agreement. If not my attorney wants $5K to $10K even more if this becomes a battle. I am tapped. I have saved nothing during our marriage lived check to check. Took out a few loans and borrowed from family just to have my attorney send this agreement over they were the inexpensive option of almost $4K.

Any advice on how to tell my attorney that I don't want to continue with them or can I ask if they can file for me an I do the rest on my own?
