Fault is a two way street. For everything we did wrong, she didn’t have compassion and understanding. For all of the good things we did, there was always something bad that was a bigger deal.

It’s important to give yourself some grace, even if you could have done things differently. Because so could’ve she.

As far as still being in love with her, my guess is you’re in love with what you used to have or think/thought you had.

I’m realizing that myself. I think it’s just the emptiness knowing you don’t have her anymore. The key is to work on yourself and know that if you keep moving forward, that emptiness will be filled by someone new someday. The emptiness isn’t specific to her, it’s just….emptiness. I wish I had a fix, I’m still in that spot, but I’ve realized that I need to continue to work on myself, and that emptiness will be filled when the time is right and I’m ready for it.

You cant focus on fault. You need to learn from your mistakes but what is in the past cant be undone. If you still love her she will not come back, if she ever does, unless she sees a new man. I would concentrate on you and let her know you still love her but say you need to change and tell her what you are concentrating on. Your actions will say more than your words. She may get back to you and she may not. Either way you will be a better man and on your way
