I’ve moved to a different country and am in a big metropolitan city. I’m going to refrain from stating what city that is so not to derail the conversation with bias or nationalism.

The women here are very beautiful, but they walk at the speed of light and they look so pissed off to be alive. It’s ridiculous.

I’m a conventionally good looking guy who is 6 feet tall with a decent body and I’m not completely broke and technically have a “hip” job.

The women here makes zero eye contact, and I mean that for literally zero eye contact in any fucking way. Its impossible to approach them.

Bars here don’t really exist. They’re just restaurants that serve alcohol with tiny little tables all separated from each other. Talking to strangers is damn near impossible unless you wanna make a fucking spectacle of yourself.

I went on Tinder and it’s a bunch of dormant accounts or the usual undesirables putting in a ton of effort. Im not trying to settle to relieve the stress.

I’m from the United States and I’m really used to just going to a dive bar or a place where you stand around and interact with strangers until you meet a girl you like.

I’m getting kind of frustrated, and hate to think that the only answer is joining some kind of hobby or club - or worse dancing type hip hop joints. Im also near 40.

Is it just the days we’re living in? What the hell is going on in 2025?

Let me tell you right now that cold approaches are gonna get you nowhere here.
