What kind of post is this because idk what's your problem OP. Those supliments have different ratios of vitamins because men and women have different biological needs. Nothing wrong with that.

I would not be at all surprised if the data manufacturers base these daily percentages off of is out of date, much of the original studies are over 50 years old at this point. That being said, it's still a good idea to take supplements if you dont have a well balanced diet or need additional support.

For example, I typically eat well with regards to natural biotin, but I absolutely need to take supplements due to whatever is going on with my biology, otherwise I have horribly brittle nails. Many women need a significant amount more iron, which vitamin c supports (we can get into acids and when to take them or if you drink Macha tea).

I won't say I trust potentially outdated data, but I do trust results. Good question, I would say to look into first hand reports if you can. Good luck

Men and women are literally biologically opposite in majority of hormonal stuff, and hormones are extremely dependent on proper vitamin, and mineral intake. As can easily be seen by woman needing more iron and men needing more zinc, etc. It’s not discrimination, it’s science.

Maybe. Why are you asking US instead of, say, your doctor? Maybe we need more, maybe we don't, but I don't think going to a bunch of politically-minded internet weirdos for medical advice is a good idea, especially in THIS day and age.

If you're implying that this is some sort of discrimination, I REALLY doubt that- and I think it may be a sign that you've become a little oversensitive to such things. That's not a knock; it can happen to anyone, and has certainly happened to me sometimes.

Best to step away from the community for a little bit when that happens. Our problems will still be here when you get back- and if they aren't, well, so much the better, no?

Even if men need more vitamin C, it’s not illegal for men to buy women’s multivitamins. Don’t make something sexist out of nothing friend, it reminds me of a feminist post I saw the other day claiming Tylenol was oppressing women.

There are different values of many vitamins in those products, what exactly is the issue? I would expect men and women to have different needs because we're not the same.

It's also 100% vs 150% recommended. Still low but it is what it is.

Multivitamins are designed for marketing demographics, not strict RDAs.

Companies tailor ingredients based on what they believe each group is concerned about (immunity, skin, stress, pregnancy support, aging, etc.).

Vitamin C helps with absorbtion of Iron. As you can see, the woman's box has more iron than the male box. This is because a lot of women are iron deficient probably due to menstruation. But I don't see what this has to do with the rights of men?
