Equally hating women (misogyny) and hating men (misandry) has its own name: misanthropy. That’s the word you’re looking for. But these terms all describe thoughts, words, and behavior. So you can still be described as misogynist (or misandrist) due to your words or behavior in specific instances despite being an overall misanthropist. The terms can all coexist simultaneously.

So I think it's probably a mistake to think that all incels are the same, have the same emotional motivations, and the same ideas about who is the perpetrator that is making them feel so badly... The Women, The Chads, etc.

The biggest consideration here is that the person they hate the most are themseves.

Self hatred, or at least self contempt is a fairly common thing for humans, and the degree to which we feel it, take it seriously, ruminate on it, etc., is often the predictor of how badly life works out.

Often we need a veneer emotion to mask the shame and self-contempt, and that can be anything from depression, to enraged victimhood... which may manifest as misogyny. It's easier to play perpetrator of hate then victim of lonely and unloved.

Self responsibility, of course, as with all things red pill, is the cure.

I have a generalized dislike of party animals type of men who always look to make fun of someone at parties and record it for social media, but yeah it doesn't help that girls love and sleep with those type of guys, the life of the party type of dude gets laid easily, while I have a hard time even getting a decent date.

For anyone reading this, being an introvert really has diminishing returns if your goal is to have a girlfriend. I'm currently changing my introvert side because of it.
