Lawyers are allowed to operate unethically with complete impunity same as lying ex wives are. The silver bullet method is not an obscure and unknown thing. It is allowed and almost encouraged by the court because there is no punishment. Proving unethical behavior is difficult. This is not unethical because you have no proof what the future holds. You can not prove that your wife's lawyer is going to help take your child away, anymore than you can prove she told her to lie in the silver bullet method. Your answer has to be well calculated and it's unlikely anyone will help. My kids are much older but I realized that the partial child lawyer needs to be seen as a persona non grata by the kids. So I showed them what she allowed to happen. I put a wedge between her and the kids. She didn't like that but there is nothing she can do as my kids are old enough to tell her to fuck off and that they don't want her around. The courts mandate of "don't talk to your kids about court" exists for many reasons. One of those reasons is to retain control so that your kids don't dare to make decisions. Now que all the men that pound their chest to "adults make the decisions" as if you can reason with a pathological liar. You can not. If your adversary is a liar, you only have one option. Pray your kids are old enough to see the truth and the truth needs to be told not obscured

Case is over, there is no ethical violation. Freedom of association is afforded to lawyers as well. Old career boss babe career lawyer probably missed out in life and never had any kids of her own and is at least once divorced herself. She was too busy breaking up families and destroying children's relationships with their parents to have any of her own.

She has to live vicariously through others at this point. Sad, really.

Yes - have your attorney file a motion. Your wife's attorney should not be spending time with your daughter - really at all, but certainly not in a personal way. Especially if there are any custody issues. It raises too many ethical concerns.

The attorney would be tempted to coach the 4 year old what to say and how to act to ensure that legal matters are decided in her client's favor and it she is spending alone time with the child it would be impossible to disprove that this happened - thereby, making it difficult for the courts to rule correctly on the basis of factual evidence. Also, if your wife's attorney develops a personal relationship with your daughter then she will lose her objectivity and will be likely to misrepresent the facts in her representation.

Tell your ex to have a good time and keep the kid with you. Do fight this - with a lawyer. I had a similar situation happen to me during my first marriage (didn't involve my ex's attorney). The matter was so cut-and-dried and I was broke, so I decided to go to court and represent myself. I might as well have not showed up. Next thing I knew my 10 year old daughter was flying off to the French Riviera with some guy I never heard of.
