Well boys, looks like we're going to trial! 2.5 weeks away

Custody has been settled. I have the kids, essentially. I have the house but I need to buy her out. We are going to trial for the financial aspects. I sent an offer, hers was 50k more, F that noise. A good amount of marital debt & not a lot of equity on house.

We have a huge contempt filing against her that will be addressed. GAL involved with two scathing reports against STBXW. I've already found many discrepancies on her financial affidavit to bring to my lawyers attention.

She fraudulently took out money against the business, cheated for 4 years, attempted to alienate the children from me, failed a silver bullet attack and got arrested herself. Absolute bat guano crazy til she absconded to another state and abandoned our kids on my doorstep. I have documented TF out of my case, with spreadsheets, journaling, and calendars.

I have hardened my ass and STFU. She's still some kinda cluster B nightmare.

I'll be looking, smelling, being my best at trial. Of course.
