STBEXW filed a RO when we separated, ultimately out of spite because I moved out and we stopped communicating, fast forward to today I was parked at a lot near the house where I usually pickup/drop off the kids hoping I could reach them and they would come over, since recently she’s been holding them off from coming. So she drives by, start circling my vehicle and taking pictures. I was able to take some pictures of my own showing her driving towards me, and around me, then she left. Now, should I file a restraining order against her and will the judge award me one?
