I’m not a shy guy, not am I short on experience with women, but I am new to “going out”

The bar setting is just something that I don’t have much experience in. I’m a coffee shop, and any other place type of guy.

Anyway, I went out to a bar recently where I met up with a buddy. I was really looking fit, and got lots of looks based on my outfit.

I noticed a lady look at me a few times - couldn’t ever tell if she was with another man

Later in the evening, she steps up to the bar to pay her tab, right next to me. She taps me on the shoulder, and asks me to help her read her bill so she doesn’t overpay.

I suspected in the moment that she was coming on to me. She wasn’t really my type so I didn’t pursue it

This post may sound like I’m tooting my own horn, but is this a pretty common dynamic in this kind of setting?
