Do dating apps even work if you're disabled? Like, I guess not since they're pretty superficial, so, I'm guessing my only hope at any level of game is through going out and talking to women? I'm on Hinge, FB, BLK, and I'm tired and frustrated with it. Is there anyone else who's disabled who has luck on apps? or do you all go out?

I am an above knee amputee, and it's been a mostly dry two years since I lost my leg. Before, my accident, dating apps kinda worked, wound up in 2 or 3 situationships because of them. I was in a 2 year long relationship before my accident too. I've had something with one girl since my accident, and that lasted all of a month? But, the toxic energy she was about to bring was not going to be good for my mental health.

I'm reading books on confidence and masculinity, but, I guess I'm looking for something to motivate me, and I guess I want ideas of places to go. I can't really do crowded clubs or bars anymore, I need to be able to sit, and have clear pathways, because tripping over things while crutching around is not fun... I just need help finding some form of direction.
