As with everything in 'game' you'll get drastically different opinions about every tiny nuance. I used to hear people always advise speaking very slow, but recently I keep hearing the opposite (that young girls are all adhd nowadays and get super bored by a slow speaker and you need that 'Russell brand' speech/energy lol)

This probably says it all. It's all random and personal preference etc.

I also doubt any of it matters much. If a girl thinks you are hot, speaking fast/slow/robotic/low/high probably isn't gonna ruin it for you

Don't worry about it. You're overthinking something that likely doesn't even matter. If it's your natural way of speaking then stick to it. Some of the old PUA instructors used to suggest trying things like deepening your voice or changing the delivery in ways outside of your normal way of speaking. Don't do that unless you're an actor playing a role for a movie .

Never. 0% on that. It's relative and there's different degrees people will tolerate, but it's never helping.

Your voice is incredibly important because it's very revealing of your inner state. It's a bit more nuanced than 'the louder you feel you can speak, the more confidence you have' but it's also not untrue. People reign themselves in, speak robotic, don't project, because they feel 'low status' and don't want to be 'seen' and cause issues; it can be never be viewed as 'good' to bite your tongue, although it's also relative to those involved.

A guy walks up, is unconvincing, he's out. It's not 'random', to inspire a good reaction you need enthusiasm, charisma, you need to provoke the enthusiasm within them for them to be excited about you.

It's more nuanced because you're not necessarily expressing strict confidence. I was on a crowded train, most were silent and there's this guy projecting himself to his friend (good, shows status, shows he's at ease amongst people), though the content he was sharing was him bragging about how many 'views' he had and looking for validation. This is the point, this is sub-communication, you can see exactly where people are at. From this data, you know he's comfortable and well liked within his group but doesn't have much wider acceptance outside that; instinctively, you feel the 'crack in the dam' in that context and (disgust is too strong a word) view him as a 'poser' in a sense.

It's too fluid and dynamic to really comment on. If you do it well, express pure charisma, you get results. Though, one second you could be speaking with a lot of charisma and enthusiasm for this thing you're excited to share and the next second you're asked something, and you're mumbling your answer because you're filtering too much. As a whole picture, it's showing where you feel you stand. If you're expressive, engaging, fun, all the time, you should rightfully be praised like Jesus. You can't win them all; if you literally went out giving money away, there'd be people who'd be sceptical about it.

In general, you should have an overwhelmingly positive response to something that's encouraging, offering value, uplifting, but there are a small minority of 'bad actors' (not that you want to associate with them anyway) who couldn't see a good thing if it hit them in the face.
