There's no need to write it like that for the level-headed audience that we should all be. Imagine if a normal person sees this. They will think of everyone here as a joke.

People think that "women's empowerment" with more and more women outnumbering men in work and education will resolve this.

They don't realize the following:

Women are much more likely to pick college majors with the worst economic return of investment and therefore end up in heavy college debts.
- Not to mention, women have many more extra scholarships despite already out-numbering men. Despite the Title IX violation, there are way more female only scholarships.
- All of these are subsidized by male tax payer money.
When it comes to work and education, women are much more likely to work part-time, more likely to take sick leave, less likely to pick more demanding positionsons etc.
- Due to this, the overall financial contribution of women will always be less.
- Not to mention so many women "wasting resources" by completely dropping out of the work-force

Unfortunately this is how biology is. Just as how women have a lot physical disadvantages there are also singificant mental ones as well that we're too afraid to discuss.

It's funny to see the leftists think that with men dropping out of the society, women are now going to finally take over, when unfortunately this will never happen. Men will continue to subsidize women more and more, work longer hours, retire later, work in more difficult positions, and finally die off earlier.

Hmmm. Interesting. Yeah- can’t agree with this. But I believe that everyone should be cared for in a society. (I say this as the main provider (f) who doesn’t rely on any government benefits and has enough in super/401k- to not be eligible for pensions etc).

In Australia Welfare payments are divided like this (f/n payments)

38% unemployment (55% men: 45% women) 28 % disability ( 55 % men: 45% women) 16% parenting payments (90% women, 10% men) 11% carer payment (72 % women, 28 % men) 7.2 % student payments. ( 58 % women, 42% men)

Until very recently we had a 50:50 presumption in family courts of child custody being split evenly ( this has recently changed).

As a higher income earner I also receive significant tax benefits now to pay into my super/401k- which helps to set me up for the future. I am paid on a salary, so have fixed options including salary sacrifice etc (which also benefits me as a higher income earner). Those with there own businesses, or much higher incomes and companies have additional significant tax savings. The top percentages should be paying more tax, and companies help accountable (not within loopholes).

We should not be framing this as a gender issue, this is a rich vs poor issue. I want to live in a world where everyone is covered to an above poverty line point,where people dont need to put off medical care because they cant afford it, where everyone eats, is housed etc. I get that I am 100% speaking from a place of privilege, in a country that has some more equitable practices than places like the US.

Not possible, and a lot of this gap has to due with women earning less -- which will also not change unless women stop seeking male provisioning.

I would be happy with 1 simple change. Social security benefits for men 5 years sooner than women as women on average live 5 years longer. They don't want the full 5? They fight about it... Fine, I'll meet them in the middle with 3 years. That simple change would help so many men.
