Hello fellow brothers need some advice from a third party unbiased. When reading this be as critical and honest as you feel so as it's helpful.

I've been married for 11 years with two kiddos. We've always had our ups and downs like any marriage but it's gotten recently bad as of late. She has OCD but is controlled on medication but there are flare ups here and there. As of late she has been rejecting intimacy and I've gotten to the point of stopping to ask as it's always met with a no. I've done my personal improvements in the past let's say 5 months of hitting the gym, getting fit, better mental space and she has not.

Today we had a disagreement where she wants to know what's going on and I give her factual feedback and it's always met with that I'm just too moody and I told her that there in no way to win this game. She left the house for a prior engagement with her mom and was furious later stating that she has never done anything wrong. Also that she needs to make it crystal clear that the boys and her being a mom are top priority and that we are not and to respect that boundary which was gut wrenching on my end.

All these factors are just piling up and it's rapidly approaching the the costs far outweigh the benefits. Putting yourself in my shoes, what would be your thoughts and next move. Thank you all for reading I am very appreciative of this forum!
