A pattern I noticed is that women look at my chest never, stomach never, and face never. Unless they need like a tire changed or something.

Maybe it lays in how nature work. Men tend to stand straight in front of attractive woman because open chest make you look more confident and bigger -> better protection and reproductivity ability. That just my guess

Not a lot of info to go on here. Is it really a pattern or have you artificially created a pattern that you bias your way right into perpetuating? Also, what's the context of these looks - walking down the street or you approach to talk.

Either way, what's your build like? If you're a big, burly or just muscled up guy, maybe it's just your particular physique that they notice. You see a chick with a noticeably attractive feature, you're going to focus there first. The other side of the coin is if those features are particularly unattractive.

Another factor is the timing of you noticing them. Are you positive you're catching their first look or maybe you're catching the 2nd look and they went face, chest, stomach, face?

How about your height vs theirs? Are their eyes naturally at chest level, they look and don't want to make eye contact, but then realize you might be attractive so they check the face too?
