STBEX has been fighting to keep the house to herself, her attorney sent us an appraisal that values the house at almost zero equity, my appraiser was not allowed in, so she was able to properly assess it, were planning to ask the judge to allow an appraiser to do an in house appraisal. Do I have to be there during the appraisal? Will she do anything to jeopardize the appraisal? I suspect she is trying devalue the house so that the division of equity is not worth it
