Stbxw is offering to pay off the mortgage on the house. Taking money from 401k and paying off and paying me. Then she walks away. I cannot touch any of her other money from a source she cannot touch till retirement. Could be worth millions.

If I want to go after the max it would probably turn ugly and have to sell the house and upend alot.
