Pussy Arbitrage (PA) refers to taking advantage of different environments to increase your chances of getting laid. PA is something that is done both at a micro and a macro level. Macro level referring to cities as a whole and micro level referring to specific events or locations within a city.

Your Perceived Value (PV) and Quality Lay Opportunities (QLO) as a man changes based on your environment. If you're in an environment where there are lots of viable options for a woman, your perceived value goes down. And if there is a low volume of women (like in a small town), you're competing for limited options.

Perceived Value (PV)

Perceived value is how attractive/interesting you are to women. You want to be in a place where your PV is high because you are seen as more attractive there and/or you have limited competition. And competition doesn't only refer to other guys. It also refers to other activities.

For example, if you are in a place that always has great weather and is full of fun things to do, then your perceived value also goes down because women have multiple options of things to do. Whereas in a place that's kinda boring with not much going on, women are much more likely to be down to go on a date with you because it's more interesting to them than anything else going on.

Quality Lay Opportunities (QLO)

However, that's not enough. You also want to be in a place with high quality lay opportunities too, otherwise you will have limited options to choose from. And QLO doesn't only refer to population size in a city, but also availability of events/locations to meet women like dance socials, language events, and other socially conducive meetups or locations where it's easy to meet new people.

For example, if you're in a small town, by definition, your QLO will be limited. It doesn't matter how high your PV is, you just won't have options. Similarly, if there aren't many good social events or locations to meet women at, you will be limited to online dating (which isn't always a bad thing) and traditional avenues of game (day game & night game).

Ideally, you want to have high PV & high QLO. If you're living in bumfuck nowhere America, then you will always struggle. Within America, it's hard to say where those best places are. Maybe medium-sized cities that nobody ever really talks about/visits on vacation that have volume and good social events, but aren't full of competition. However, if you really want to boost your perceived value, then you should get out of America and head to places where your PV is inflated, like Latin America.

Best High PV & QLO places

I've been traveling LATAM for a while now so I feel like I have a good grasp on some of the optimal spots for PA. Some people will assume that anywhere in LATAM is good, but it couldn't be further from the truth. Even within LATAM, your PV and QLO can vary widely.

For instance, a place like Rio de Janeiro is full of other gringos just like you + so much shit to do so getting a girl out on a date is always going to be a harder sell compared to other destinations. Same shit for Florianopolis and pretty much any other major tourist destination in LATAM so if you really want to maximize your PA, then you need to go to the following spots:

1.) Lima, Peru - High PV & High QLO

Lima is probably the best game destination I have been to. The city itself is dreary most of the year and doesn't really have much going on so girls are super bored, making them super interested in meeting you, even directly at your place. In addition, it has some really good social events that girls go to where their sole intention is to find a gringo. Even within night game, approaching is super easy as you always get looks so you end up getting a lot more warm approaches than cold ones.

2.) Asuncion, Paraguay - High PV & Medium QLO

Asuncion is another amazing spot where there is practically no competition and nothing else going on so girls are super keen to meet. I have no issues getting girls to come straight over to mine for dates in this city. The only real difference to Lima is that it lacks in good social events to pick up girls in person, but if you're on top of your OLD game, then it's basically open season there.

3.) Bogota, Colombia - High PV & Medium QLO

Kinda like Lima, Bogota is a city that is known for its kinda lackluster weather and lack of things to do aside from go out. Most tourists in Colombia skip visiting it, leaving you with minimal competition. It's also home to Latin America's largest night club which is a fun spot to do night game in. Also some decent social events to hit up too.

4.) Sao Paulo, Brazil - High PV & Medium QLO

Similar to the other cities above, SP is really good for game as it's basically just a concrete jungle with not much else going on. Yes, it's got lots of events and stuff, but many girls are too busy with work to truly take advantage of them and their lives are often lacking excitement, hence why they're down to meet a gringo for it. Some decent social events to check out too.

5.) Mexico City, Mexico - High PV & Medium QLO

Mexico City is basically Sao Paulo's Mexican brother. Another concrete jungle lacking in excitement for locals. Girls here are super down to meet and also very interested in gringos. The only reason it's not higher on the list is because there is a sizable community of foreigners living there already so there is a little but of competition, but I've still had really good success regardless.

Popular places to avoid

1.) Medellin, Colombia - Medium PV & Low QLO

Medellin is a city that is often touted online, but while it may have been a good spot pre-pandemic, it most definitely isn't today. This is because sexual tourism has totally changed the dating dynamics in the city. The majority of the girls there actually sell their bodies for money and will ask you for money to sleep with them. And if they don't, some will try to drug you and steal everything you own, including your bank accounts.

Even when doing day and night game, a lot of girls will tell you they're "working". There are still some normal girls, but because of the situation in the city, they don't want to be associated with the other types of girls who sell themselves out so easily so they don't put out that easily either. Often takes more than one date and they expect princess treatment, making the whole experience not very enjoyable in general.

2.) Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Low PV & Medium QLO

Rio is also not an ideal city to game in, as mentioned earlier, because you just have so much competition. Both from other gringos as it's highly touristic, but also from simply being full of things to do like the beaches, hikes, parties, etc. Brazilian women are known to be more promiscuous in general, but those in Rio tend to be a little bit more guarded so as to not promote that stereotype.

It doesn't mean you won't have success, but if you're looking for easier opportunities, then go to Sao Paulo instead because Florianopolis also suffers from the same issue as Rio.

Your location being important in game is not a new topic, but I feel like nobody has ever really quantified it like this before, but basically, if you want to maximize your lay opportunities, go to where you're wanted. This means places where your perceived value is high and you have lots of options to choose from. Otherwise, you will be struggling to either get the attention of women or simply compete.

LATAM is full of great places like this thanks to the inflated PV we as foreigners experience there. Lima, Asuncion, Bogota, Sao Paulo, and Mexico City being some of the top destinations. Avoid Medellin and Rio if you know what's good for you. And if you can't make it to LATAM, try to maximize your pussy arbitrage in your home country as best you can to make your life easier.
