I’ve spent a lot of time in men’s rights spaces, and I’ve come to a conclusion I don’t think we can avoid anymore:

Online advocacy alone isn’t producing results.

Posting, voting, and debating hasn’t translated into meaningful improvements in the lives of most men—especially younger men trying to build stability, careers, and families in a system that feels increasingly misaligned with their interests.

So I’m trying something practical and real-world.

What I’m building

I’m forming a small, in-person men’s mutual aid and cooperative living project in the Bay Area, capped at 7 men total.

The goal isn’t ideology or protest. It’s to:

  • live together
  • support each other materially and practically
  • cultivate discipline and routine
  • build businesses and economic leverage
  • coordinate lawful, non-partisan advocacy
  • help members leave stronger than they arrived

Think startup + fraternity + mutual aid, not a commune or debate club.

Why the Bay Area

The Bay Area is:

  • a major economic and investment hub
  • a place where financial, cultural, and technological incentives are created
  • a region whose ideas and policies often propagate nationally

If you believe many social problems are downstream of incentives—and I do—then it makes sense to build alternatives where those incentives are designed and capital is concentrated, rather than retreating from them.

This isn’t about hostility toward the region. It’s about working where leverage actually exists.

The basics

  • Shared house (4bd / 4ba, ~2400 sqft)
  • 2 men per room
  • $1,500/month rent (covers room, food, utilities, shared expenses)
  • Members keep outside jobs
  • Nights/weekends used to build projects together
  • 1-year intended commitment
  • Month-to-month lease with 30-day exit

This is intentionally adult, predictable, and stable.

Structure & discipline (important)

This is not a casual living situation.

Baseline expectations include:

  • shared breakfast & dinner when feasible
  • weekly planning/strategy meetings
  • basic household chores
  • helping host events and discussions
  • physical fitness (gym nearby)
  • ongoing skill-building and learning

House rhythm:

  • Lights out: 10pm
  • Wake up: 6am

This isn’t about control. It’s about creating an environment where consistency and momentum are the default rather than the exception.

Politics & focus

This project is explicitly non-partisan.

I spent years aligned with progressive Democratic politics, but no longer believe either major party represents the interests of average Americans—particularly men.

I strongly oppose socialism and believe the current financial and banking systems are structurally distorted to favor certain institutions and asset-holders. Neither party is meaningfully focused on reforming those incentives, despite how many social outcomes flow downstream from them.

Rather than waiting on institutions, the focus here is building parallel capacity:

  • mutual aid
  • business creation
  • financial tools and co-investment structures
  • lawful advocacy and accountability through organization

No extremism. No illegal activity. No violence.

About me (briefly)

I’m a 40 year old military veteran. I don’t have children and don’t have a strong personal support network myself. I know firsthand how difficult it is to build stability alone, even when you’re capable and trying.

This project isn’t about control or ideology. It’s about building something that doesn’t currently exist for men.

Who this is for

  • Men who want structure, not chaos
  • Men willing to show up consistently
  • Men who want to build skills, wealth, and independence
  • Especially men in their 20s–30s who feel stuck despite effort

Who this is not for

  • People looking for free housing
  • People who want to argue ideology all day
  • People who can’t tolerate routine or accountability
  • Anyone interested in illegal activity or extremism
