XD And on all counts except the few of those that are the usual feminist oops forgot that most men only got to vote shortly before women (in the US), the land ownership discrimination claim has been debunked repeatedly, and the restrictions of women from education are long since over. The important distinction left out is that the women are indeed doing all those sociopathic things against men are overwhelmingly feminists.
Superimposed over the girl’s face it’s like a poster that has the caption, “This is what cognitive dissonance looks like.”

"Women don't make games about rape"
They actually make most of the dark romance novels which does involve it, many object and say the woman is taking the submissive role but this is denying how those authors see the male characters and men themselves. It's possible for women to put themselves in a sexually submissive position while being a perpetrator, it's kind of like when women force men to penetrate them while using terms like "Breed me".
"Women don't make podcasts about hating men"
I mean they do so idk what this is about
"Women don't make group chats"
Female perpetrators are generally under-reported, the definition of rape under many jurisdictions is forced penetration which leaves female perpetrators out the room because they force men to penetrate them, not penetrate them itself. The reason men make these is because they have connections, when there are female perpetrators they will obviously connect with each other.
"Women never deprive men of human rights"
They can get involved like here Not for gender-neutral sexual offence laws: Women’s federation of India
Women also deprive each other for example in the period of the witch trials women are more likely to accuse each other than men are to accuse women in many of the regions.

women dont flood media with men as sexual props???
literally saw a post yesterday about a man who was married to a woman 27 years older than him. they were married when he was NINETEEN. and he says that he “did stuff most people do in their 20s, when he was 13” which was just so saddening. if the genders were flipped, everyone would know hes a victim of grooming- but because hes a man, everyone thinks its fine and cool.

[–]DunyaOfPain 2 points3 points4 points 4 months ago (2 children) | Copy Link
my mistake, it was 23 years apart- they met when he was 18 and she was 42, they were married a year later and had kids

I figured you were talking about them, they had their kids before they got married. They got engaged and pregnant when he was 19 and he had two kids at 21. His older stepdaughter is only 7 years younger than him (his other stepdaughter is 16 years younger) and he has a smaller age difference with his stepkids and his biological kids than he does with his wife.

is absolutely devastating that just because hes a man, this isnt seen as grooming and babytrapping. he didn’t even get a young adulthood, fuck his “wife”

I mean she is right women have been systematically discriminated against on the basis of their gender while men face systematic discrimination not on the basis of their gender but other identities such as race, sexuality and religious affiliation but never gender.

[+]Dramatic-Fun-7101 -20 points-19 points-18 points 4 months ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Rebuttal: So we are going with the logic of war and its destruction? You think men , women and children don't all suffer? The only one who are safe are the rich.
The invasion of China during WWII is the best example, Men were killed, women raped to death, children orphaned while the warlords lived pretty good.
The Soviet invasion of Germany where Men were killed, women raped to death, children orphaned.
The Ukraine war where men are dying while women have to sell their body to survive and be metaphorically killed every day.
The women are raped and made sex slaves in wartime due to their gender too.
If anything it is the male dominated society who doesn't allow women to be conspirated as the few women who do join the military face many challenges like sexual harassment which discourages women even further to take participation in the military. Can't expect women to join an institution in which their own fellow members will sexually harass them
More men are killed in wars due to famine than direct combat
In a war not every man is selected for war via conscription but every man is at risk of death from famine and every woman risk of rape.

where the FUCK have i said that women dont suffer??? I was saying its usually the men who go first into the woodchipper when a war starts, and that women are more likely to take refuge in neighbouring countries than men. Also I love your use of the word "metaphorically" here. And your sexual harassment example holds some grain of truth, but it is not the primary reason because even in the most gender egalitarian countries you can think of, men still dominate in the military. You're using the same logic as people using "All Lives Matter" as a response to BLM.

Your smugness to refer to the conspiration but not even one word on how during wartime rape is inflicted upon women shows you care more for a gotcha moment than nuances
And your sexual harassment example holds some grain of truth, but it is not the primary reason because even in the most gender egalitarian countries you can think of, men still dominate in the military Do you know why men even dominate the military?
And your sexual harassment example holds some grain of truth, but it is not the primary reason because even in the most gender egalitarian countries you can think of, men still dominate in the military
Do you know why men even dominate the military?
It's a mix of Preference between two gender ( as men prefer enlisting the army more ) and the real threat female soldiers face sexual assault threat from their own colleague.
Besides even in the men of the military when they practice discrimination against each other it's not on the basis of gender but other identities such as race, religion, etc
I was saying its usually the men who go first into the woodchipper when a war starts, and that women are more likely to take refuge in neighbouring countries than men
Again the way you frame your sentence it is as if every man is fighting for war but it's not as I said during war time few men die in direct combat but most men are vulnerable to famine and most women are vulnerable to rape.
when a war starts, and that women are more likely to take refuge in neighbouring countries than men.
Again you frame it as if that's less suffering, these women do not go to active war because of the expectations to take care of their family and the threat of rape from their own peers and enemies.
You're using the same logic as people using "All Lives Matter" as a response to BLM.
You are using a false equivalent, you are trying to genderify the sufferings of war when the fact of the matter is war impacts all negatively in a damaging way.
Your comment doesn't read as sincere efforts to acknowledge the war toll but rather to an arm wrestling match to show how only one gender is being systematically discriminated against when it's everyone who is suffering ( except the rich of course who almost never suffer due to war).
You bringing up BLM is again false equivalent because Regarding the BLM , a black man is facing systametic discrimination on the account of his race over his gender.
[–]Mister_3177 9 points10 points11 points 4 months ago (0 children) | Copy Link
you're horribly misinterpreting most my arguments to hell, and your reading comprehension is all over the place.
You're conflating between a problem imposed on by individuals or enemies, and a problem imposed by the government. Yes, both rape and conscription are equally bad, but the rape done on women during wartime is almost always done by individuals or groups outside or disconnected from the government, whereas the death sentence known as conscription is a government policy---which fulfills the definition of systematic discrimination. Pointing out a specific problem unique to men which is imposed by the government such as conscription is not "genderifying" who suffers in war.
You missed the entire point of my "All Lives Matter" analogy. I was stating that you're using the same logic as those using ALM by saying "women suffer too" when I'm talking about how conscription is an example of systematic discrimination against men on account of their gender.
Also, how can they "prefer" to be in the military if they are conscripted? And how can sexual harassment be a primary deterrent for women in the military if the country in question their in is overwhelmingly egalitarian?
And, let me ask you a question: do you know the difference between the word "usual" and the word "all"? The fact that men die in famine more does not disprove that the woodchipper built for one gender is discriminatory to that same gender.
Again, nowhere specific in my line of "when a war starts, and that women are more likely to take refuge in neighbouring countries than men" states that women suffer less, it is that they generally are given more of a choice by the government to get themselves away from the war whereas men are not. These women not going to active war because of threats of rape does not mean men should go in that same war.
Your comment is a horrible dismantling of the logic present in my reply, which manufactures some of the most bizzare strawmen that the human brain can comprehend. The whole reason as to why I'm typing here is to show you that men also suffer gender discrimination by mentioning conscription to you, because it is a problem very unique to men in many parts of the world.
You're accusing me of "genderifying" war suffering while also saying men never face systematic discrimination,. When I bring up conscription here, instead of you agreeing that it is gendered discrimination against men, you resort to writing literal novels to pivot it back to female victimhood and using the same logic used in ALM.

Males make up almost %100 of combatant casualties and also the majority of civilian casualties in vast majority of wars happened and happening around the world so yes it is fair to say they DO suffer more. Normally not my cup of tea to make comparisions but you the one tho brought up oppression olympics by stating that men don't face discrimination based on their gender.
Being a victim of police brutality and sentencing gap for the same crimes correlate with gender 6 times more than they do with race.

Not once have I said men don't suffer, I have given extensive examples on how men and women suffer in wartime and what reasons can lead to women being not in conscription during the wartime.
but you the one tho brought up oppression olympics by stating that men don't face discrimination based on their gender.
It's not called olympics but Intersectionality. Men are opressed on the account of the their race, religion, sexuality etc
Are these men being killed for their race or gender? The answer is most likely due to their race and gender being secondary or non primary reason.
Because the men being punished seem to be While gender sets the "baseline" risk, race determines the intensity and frequency of that risk.
Disproportionate Impact: Black men make up only about 6-7% of the U.S. population but often account for nearly 25-30% of those killed by cops.
Lower Threshold for Force: Studies (like those from the Center for Policing Equity) show that police are more likely to use force against Black men in scenarios where they would not use force against White men that means the "threshold" for lethal violence is lower based on race.
The "Intersectional" Reality Sociologists often argue that you cannot separate the two because of "Gendered Racism.""The system doesn't just see a 'man' or a 'Black person'; it sees a 'Black Man which is a specific social construct that combines racial stereotypes of criminality of physical aggression."
[–]gratis_eekhoorn 14 points15 points16 points 4 months ago (1 child) | Copy Link
You are just denying the evidence shown to your face by claiming men don't face discrimination. There is not a single country in the world that forcefully conscripts women except for Israel and even Israel make them serve shorter and deploy them in safer positions while there are many countries that forcibly conscript men.
In every place that female genital mutiliation is legal so is male genital mutiliation but there is not single place on earth where FGM is legal but MGM is not.
Yes black men are more likely than white men to be victims of police brutality also black men and white men far more likely to be victims of police brutality compared to black women and white women respectively

Not true, men are systematically discriminated against based on gender (infant circumcision, the draft, definitions of rape that exclude male victims, etc.).
