Interested in your experience, anything that worked or didn’t work for you? My STBXW told me she filed a false DV complaint. I haven’t been contacted by authorities, but it feels like if I try to be upfront and clear my name, I will look guilty by default. On the other hand, if I don’t treat it seriously, it will look like I’m hiding something or waiting for it to blow over. Damn if I do, damn if I don’t.

To be clear, I haven’t touched my STBXW. This is purely a strategic move on her part to try to get leverage (though I’m sure she has already convinced herself she is being abused). She told me she attached a photo of her "bruises". I don’t even know whether she has bruises, and if she does, where they came from.
