My hammock has become my best friend. Listening to the birds, looking at stars, watching the kids play (when I’m to wore out to play at the time), just sitting there getting that little bit of peace heals so much.

Spent the first few days after moving out, just laying on my back outdoors, good music, sunlight. Makes a world of difference than sitting on the couch all day long.

First thing I did was get into gardening. It helped me a lot—forces you outdoors, good exercise, commune with nature, nurture living things, and instills hope in growth.

Warm weather is coming for me. No more staring out the window on the couch, I’ll be able to enjoy my deck and grill soon!
