Keep in mind, the reasons girls give during the break up are never the true reason. They will always give a contrived reason that makes her look good and noble, and you evil and bad.

No girl ever said, "I'm breaking up with you because I'm a heartless cunt, and I met a better man, his name is Chad he is way Chaddier than you, bye asshole." Yet that would have been the truth. Never! She will say: "I'm leaving, you were not attentive to my emotional needs and I need space to find myself, plus work is real stressful right now..." Blue pill men get caught up in this net of misdirection, and wreck their brain wondering what the FUCK her emotional needs were that he didn't pay enough attention to... Meanwhile, she's too busy, and too happy, sucking Chad's dick. She forgot what she even said to the previous chump, almost as soon as she said it.

So while it's possible you did make some serious mistakes and bludgeoned her with too much "dread game", to the point that she couldn't take it any more, I wouldn't hold my breath that this is the real reason. It just doesn't fit, girls who get destroyed by dread usually end up obsessive, she will constantly "Try" to leave and use every other trick on you to get you to submit to her, but never actually leave - they don't want to let a good thing go once they glom on to it. Abundance mentality in a man is one of the reliable indicators (to a girl) that he's a very good thing indeed.

LTRs are classified as "red pill on hard mode" for a reason. /r/marriedredpill is a good sub to read if you're interested in LTRs.

You can't be pure, 100% alpha in a long term relationship. You have to have a balance of beta and alpha qualities. You have the balancing act of demonstrating high value while also making her feel secure enough that you're not going to up and leave her at the first sign of something better coming along.

It's not to say you shouldn't practice abundance mentality. Failure is always an option, and you should never become so dependent on one person that you're literally willing to do anything (including sacrificing your own happiness) in order to be with them.

Again, that's why red pill in LTR's is considered difficult.

There is a difference between letting a girl know you can replace her and making her think that you will. I'm assuming you leaned a little too far into the whole dread game abundance and didn't let her know that you do indeed care about her as an individual. This sub preaches a lot about getting guys to lean more alpha, because most guys are stuck in beta mode. Everything is a social balance and despite what guys say on here you can indeed over do it.

There was a recent study posted in the psychology sub, "women enjoy being valued for sex so long as it is by a committed partner.

I'm imagining you needed to say something like "I know I could have a lot of girls but I chose you, don't think that doesn't mean anything."

or

"Just because I can have sex with a lot of girls doesn't mean I'm going to. You're what I want."

Without knowing much about your situation, another real possibility would be that this is just her excuse, and she's not being completely transparent about why she left you. For all I know it's not that you were too uncaring, you could have just sucked at implementing the techniques described here.

I don't understand this. Like seriously be more clear in your point. "I don't wanna be with boy that can have replaced by blinking an eye". Does that mean, she don't want to be with you for the fact you can replace her by a blink of an eye. Or she doesn't want to be with you knowing she can replace you with a blink of an eye. Because these mean 2 different things.

Let's say she meant, "I don't want to be with you because I feel like you can easily replace me". Now, remember, it's not about what she said, it's about WHY she said is. More so, the shit that girls say to void conflict is a lie, but in there mind it's not a lie, it's justify, and she was looking for an xscape goat to break up with you. Remember 75% of the time girls do the breaking up. Why? She's trying to climb up the smv. Why is she trying to climb up the smv? Because if you're not moving forward, you're moving backwards.

I'm getting a bit to deep. Long story short, TRP help YOU for YOU. not you for her. Not you for anyone else, because at the end of the day, all you have is you. If Tiger Woods got divorce, you best believe a girl will dump your ass. You had her because it was just your turn.
