After 10 years of marriage she’ll get the same social security benefits as you. Won’t affect your benefits but she’ll get the same. She’ll get half of your pension and most likely half of everything. Half the debt will usually fall on her also. Possibly have to pay her lawyer fees also. But this all depends if you can settle on an agreement where she’ll take less. Sorry not what you wanna hear I’m sure
