Not gonna watch the video but I will answer the question:

Yes, age matters because women generally have a preference when it comes to a guy's age. And if you are not within that preference, it makes things very difficult, or more likely: Impossible to succeed with that woman.

Also keep in mind that while there are typical / common age preferences that many women share, there are many that keep unusual preferences for guys much younger or older than herself.

It also depends a bit on the country. In poorer countries women often prefer older men since older men can typically provide a better financial situation.

The guy in the video talks way too much, if he had to repeat what he just said, I'm sure he couldn't do it.

As for whether age matters, it depends on your goal with pickup: are you looking for a hookup or a long-term relationship? If it's just a hookup, you need to go to specific places where a certain type of girls hangs out and you're set, even if you're 50. But if you want higher quality or an LTR... that's where things get tricky, because even a 10 year age gap is already a lot, whether you're older or younger.

Of course it does. Women have age preferences the same way guys do.

Women generally prefer to men the same age or slightly older (1-5 years). There are exceptions of course but this is the general rule of thumb

It’s weird it seems to not matter at all for some girls and for others immediately is a no.

But part of this is just the obvious stuff that marks your age eg gray hair, I’ve had a lot more success with a cap on for instance.

If you keep in shape and maybe try to hide graying hair I’d say you can still just as easily pull most 20 years if you want to.

In some ways yes and in others no.

I think, especially if you are much older than the person you are flriting iwth or trying to pick up, it's about having that realization of how old you are and look. People think they look younger than they actually look.

Like i have a friendi nhis 40s. Not great at pickup but does fairly well with women his age. But wants to get with mid 20 year olds so badly. One time we were playing softball and after our game hung around a bit to check out the next game. THere's one girl on a team that honestly she was really pretty. Like not curvy, but she was skinny, had a really pretty face, you could tell she dressed nicely (even in her softball uniform), really nice dark hair, etc. My friend kind of nods at us to check her out. As she's hitting he goes up the fence and goes "good luck hoep you get a hit". Then she scores later on and as she's waking to her dugout he gets up again and goes "i really like how you hit", etc. I dont think he meant to look creepy, but as a 40 something year old flirtin with a girl whose probably like 25, it came off a bit creepy. If he had been 25, it might come off as bad flriting but just a young guy not knowing how to flirt and being a bad flirt.
