How do you react to being ignored?

E.g. You're texting with a girl, and she suddenly stops. Replies a few days later with excuses, etc.

Is this a shit test? If so, how do you react to it?

I've read recently that two integral parts of Game are: to always approach, and position yourself as the prize. But is that possible in such a scenario?
