Hi there. So cold approached a bar tender who served me and a group of guys and girls. Made sure it was off to the side where she wasn’t directly in front of everyone.

I asked her name and we both gave ours. I said, “I don’t mean to catch you in the middle of your shift, but I was looking to grab your number” She then asked me my age. I responded with it confidently. She gave me hers and she was 5 years older. I said, “really? You look a lot younger than you are.” She said thanks, was flattered, touch my shoulder as she turned to walk. I ended with “No worries, take it as a compliment.”

I know age is important, and can be a turn off for girls, and you can’t get all the numbers, but I’m sure there is a better way to answer the question itself since it’s the first one she asked me. I felt like I approached confidently. And we were in a bar and I can’t imagine age is a huge factor in the beginning as would be like in a grocery store.
