I've been seeing this girl for a good 5 months on and off. About a month ago she mentioned that she wants to be in a committed LTR and I mentioned she would need to work to be promoted to that level. I did go through her phone 2 weeks ago and found she was still talking/flirting, basically confirmed TRP theory.

We spoke about it, she spilled all the beans, apologized profusely. She mentioned she just wanted some other options because I wouldn't verbally commit to her. I laid out my expectations going forward and she was in agreement and is working to be promoted to a LTR after that incident. This is only going to be a temporary relationship, essentially making her work to be in a LTR so she can stop riding me about committing to her.

I still have about 4 plates around and she also still has a plethora of orbiters. There have been countless times in the past few weeks where girls have called me or texted non stop in front of her and she has seen my phone screen but never says a word. Ive even flirted with waiters and bartenders lightly in front of her but she just wont mention anything. Id like to get some sort reaction at minimum.

Has anyone experienced a woman that does not get jealous? Is there something i'm missing? Know it sounds like some beta sh*t, but just looking for some honest good advice.
