I think its safe to say that this community helps us feel better. To know that we are not alone in whats happened to us. To know that as a man it doesnt make you a loser to be emotionally hurt. Regardless of the spectrum of lives we all want to live, we all just want to be happy. Whatever your happiness is. For me personally the manosphere has opened me up to the idea that not every failed relationship is my fault. (Which i have beleived for a good majority of the time). It also taught me to be accountable.(which is hard for people to do in general. Because it reminds us that we have been wrong). I have learned to forgive my own mistakes, as well as learned from them. One of the hardest things about relationships is that it takes 2, 100% of the time. Another one is that trust can almost never be rebuilt. I have realized is that my "hate" for my exes is really just dissapointment in someone that really cared about. The hurt in showing someone you beleive in them and then they greatly dissapoint you. Its one of the worst feelings, Betreyal.

The fact that we relate on all of these levels proves to us, that society tells men the lie that we are not allowed to have human emotions. That one single failure means you are a worthless man. None of it is true. Because failure is the first step of learning. And learning goes towrd redemption and redemption is just about one of the best feelings in the world.

Whatever you are going thru, you CAN get through it. You can always improve and accomplish. Happiness is there. You just have to chase it.
