I just got into a huge argument with my mother and sister that ended in harsh words.

We got into the subject of Women, and their feeling of victim hood, blah blah blah. You know all the crap Women are oppressed with because of all those Evil, savage, sex crazed monsters called Men.

We got into what Women bring to Marriage today. I asked them straight out, Women today. What do they bring to the table. All they kept saying was "Companionship and Sex", I said "I can get a dog and jerk off. What else?" They had absolutely nothing. I said there's no benefit for Men in marriage.

Then somehow it devolved into spousel abuse and how my Aunt and Sister both experienced horrible abuse and Men that they married.

Here's where it went sideways. I said they didn't deserve what they got, they didn't deserve the treatment, but I've always been told, BY MY OWN MOTHER, that I need to. Take responsibility for my decisions, and that includes my choices in Women.

I said Women have a responsibility just like I did, to see past my rose colored glasses and see the MAJOR Red Flags that ALL Narcissistic Sociopaths have. ALL I said is Women also need to take responsibility for their own lives and their choices in Men.

Apparently personal responsibility is a very radical concept for a Woman, because they were emotionality abused, so they hold no responsibility in their relationship and choices.

I said, you can always leave. They would respond, it's not that easy. And I agree, it's not. I've been on the wrong end of many of those relationships. But I still had to take responsibility for the fact that I couldn't, and didn't want to see the relationships for what they were. And I've ALWAYS had to own up to it.

This was too much for my sister, and it turned into her screaming and my Mother barking like a fucking unhinged shrew as well. "You've never been emotionally abused! You can't ever understand!"

I told her to fuck off and stormed off after I told her that I actually have been emotionally and physically abused MANY times in a relationship, and I've Always had to live with the consequences, no help, no sympathy other then maybe some condolences. It was always, get over it, take responsibility for yourself and your choices, and make it better.

Apparently that's a VERY Fascist and Radical concept did I do or say something wrong? Help me understand how I'm the bad guy?
