I don't have any advice other than be very careful. She might be a sane person in which case you're okay, but a lot of teachers will flunk you for disagreeing with them.

Unless she is actively preaching lies, you might be jumping the gun. She is not automatically wrong just because she mentioned feminism. Perhaps allow here a chance to explain before you engage in debate with her.

If you do decide to contest her, it may be better after class or through e-mail. This is to prevent her claiming you are disrupting class and to permit a more professional discussion with sources and links. As /u/pickelsurprise said, you do risk a backlash by doing so and she could sabotage your marks.

I have seen several good stories regarding professors on /r/MensRights recently but still would not recommend engaging her (especially while you are a student in her class). Just curious, is this a high school class?

I can't really argue against her until I know what she is saying. Probably any factual claims she makes are going to be incorrect. If you let me know what claims she makes I can give you sources about why they are incorrect.
