Some time ago male genital mutilation/circumcision has been ruled illegal in germany due to a legal case. That was a step in the right direction.

Well, sadly not entirely. It is still legal for religious purposes due to protests from the muslim and jewish community.

Sure you can sue you will just have to file before you turn 3 or something....
