One of the first things the Obama Administration did was to create a National Council on Women and Girls in 2009. In spite of a several year proposal, started in 2010, headed by Warren Farrell to create a National Council on Men and Boys the White House has done nothing. They haven't responded to the proposal by amending the proposal. They haven't responded to the proposal by creating some National Council on Men and Boys with some sort of different structure. The message isn't getting through.

The message conveyed to Men and Boys by the Obama administration's continued lack of action is "Women and Girls's needs and interests come first. You are second-class citizens now. Suck it up."

This is unacceptable.

MRAs in India were effective in India at getting unjust domestic violence laws repealed, because they took to the streets. We need to have a march on Washington and tell the White House that we need a National Council on Men and Boys.

Who will step up to lead such a march?

What shall our slogans be?
