Disclaimer: Kind of a long story but would appreciate feedback.

Background: One of my jobs has me work at a nightclub barbacking working my way up to bartender. Last night was my roommates birthday and he and some friends came through. His girlfriend was one of them.

His girl was drunk and it felt like she was trying to hint at things to me the whole night - insisting we have shots just me and her, complimenting my style and being generally flirtatious. FYI it's not the first time that she's acted this way when she's drunk and many times I've had to defer her back to my roommate because I honestly don't want to jeopardize my living situation because of some cheap pussy.

As the club was closing, my roommate and most of the group were outside except for his girl and one other mutual friend. The girl insisted to wait for me, but I kept telling them I would see them at home as I still had closing duties to do. She started getting loud and I told her to get the fuck out when the next thing I know, she slaps me.

I was fucking pissed at that point. Due to the nature of my job I've learned to tolerate a lot of shit but this sent me into rage mode. I remember grabbing her by the throat and telling her to never do that again. Then she said something weird along the lines of "please teach me" in a really submissive way. I think that somehow got my senses back and I just shoved her away and told her to fuck off.

I'm going to talk to my roommate about this when he wakes up (he was also really drunk) but I don't honestly expect anything to change in terms of her behavior and him keeping her in check. I'm also going to stay far away from her as I don't need her type of crazy in my life. My question is what should I keep in mind going forward?

I'm sure she wont try that shit again but I also don't want to catch a case. As my roommate probably wont do shit, I gotta keep myself safe at all times. Thoughts?
