This is just a little something I'm thinking about here.
What's the bare minimum you'd expect of a woman to bring her into your life long term? What does she have to show you?
Here are my thoughts.
1) Capable of basic adulting. Holds down a job and spends less than she earns. (Doesn't need to be a job where she is supporting herself fully; maybe she still lives with her parents.) Keeps her living area neat and clean. Does chores. Prioritize what needs to be done first, and gets it done before moving on to the next thing. Observant of and adheres to social norms. Can conform her conduct to the law. No man wants a woman who can't pull her shit together, lives in shit and filth, squanders even small amounts of money, can't problem-solve, can't follow the law, can't refrain from committing crimes, and can't figure out basic priorities and social conventions.
2) A cheerful, optimistic, and pleasant disposition. In short, she is nice to me. It's not men who need to be told to "be nice". It's women who need to be told this, trained in it, and brought up in it. She provides a "soft landing" at home; makes the home a pleasant, appealing place to be. At the very least, is not a bitch. No man wants a woman who cannot or will not be nice to him. No man wants a bitch.
A personality reflecting a worldview that life is a gift, life is good and will get better, and that she can improve her life through her lifestyle and conduct. No man wants a pessimistic woman whose life sucks, who thinks everything sucks, and whose life is a neverending set of chores to be done and problems to be solved.
3) Kindness. It should be self explanatory, but apparently it needs to be spelled out for some women. She needs to be kind. To you, and especially to others less privileged than she is. A spirit of generosity, magnanimity, reciprocity, warmth, receptiveness, and gentleness. No man wants a woman who is stingy with her affection, thinks the worst of everyone, and is hard, cold, and distant.
4) At least minimal competence in, or wants to learn, the domestic arts. Cooking, baking, cleaning, housekeeping, home organization, general care of the home. Shows that she can run a house or at least wants to learn how.
5) Is serious about finding a man, now, before she turns 25.
6) Makes an effort to look her best. Flattering hairstyle, tastefully applied makeup, flattering and sort of modest attire. Is not morbidly obese.
7) Attentive to her physical and mental health. Does at least some exercise, a couple of times a week. Pays attention to, and cares for, her own mental health.
This is a really low bar. All of these things are, or should be, very easy for at least 85% of women to meet. If a woman can't or won't do even these things, you should immediately remove her from consideration. And we're not even at the issue of her needing to demonstrate strong and sustained sexual attraction to you. You have to see that you're dealing with a minimally formed up human being with very basic feminine competencies before you get to sexual attraction.
Note what is not here. Note what is not expected. Let's just get rid of the strawmen that women and feminized men always throw at us whenever these subjects are discussed, shall we?
--She does not have to be a slavishly submissive obsequious doormat.
--She does not need to be a Stepford wife with no mind of her own; in fact, such a woman is a burden, not a benefit.
--She does not need to be self sufficient financially. All that's required is that she demonstrate at least some rudimentary ability to manage small amounts of money.
--She does not have to be kind when kindness isn't reciprocated. The bare minimum is that she is not a bitch to me. If she can't even manage not being a bitch, she's dumped immediately.
--She does not have to be a supermodel. She does not have to be a 10. Or even a 5. All that is required is some attention to her physical appearance. She does not have to be anywhere close to physically perfect. Most women are not, and nearly every woman everywhere can attract men looking her best.
--She does not need proficiency in the domestic arts. She does not even have to be good at them. All that's required is a willingness to learn.
--She does not need to be a virgin. All that's required is that she hasn't had her back blown out by a different guy every other week and hasn't had to be treated for multiple STIs.
--She does not need to be a fitness professional with 5% body fat. All that is required is some attention to physical health. All that is required is that she is not morbidly obese.
--She does not need to be perfectly well adjusted. All that is required is that she not be totally insane, does not require psychiatric hospitalization, and is not an active raging alcoholic or substance abuser.
--She does not need to want children or demonstrate any maternal inclinations. (Remember, this is bare minimum stuff. No man expects any woman to be barefoot, pregnant, and chained to a stove.)
--She does not need a college degree.
--She does not need a full time job or a job that requires any sort of specialized skill. All that is required is a demonstration that she can hold down, and perform, any kind of remunerative employment.
--She does not need her own apartment or house.
--She does not need to own a car.
--She does not need to have traveled or obtained "life experience".
