What is there to be freaked out about?

HPV - if you are infected, you MAY get skin bumps that don't look aesthetically pleasing but aren't a problem otherwise; your body clears virus in under a year
Herpes - you get a blister that itches a bit but goes away in a week and doesn't recur often if you are healthy
Gonorrhea/Syphilis - curable with antibiotics
HIV - isn't a death sentence anymore; inconvenience of taking pills to contain it daily

STDs are not as common as you may think. HIV is really hard to get unless you are gay. So is gonorrhea and syphilis. Herpes and HPV should be the most common worry of the average TRPer but also very manageable.

The demographics are also relevant. If you are sticking to middle and upper-class white women only, your chances of getting STDs are way lower than of someone who also has sex with men and/or black girls.

Spermjacking scare is overblown too. 1) $500 a month for child support is peanuts 2) she is forever branded a single mother which lowers her SMV significantly and therefore she is disincentivized by the market to be kid-free.

This is all if you are fucking raw. If you use condoms, your risk of catching anything is close to 0.

Wrap it before you tap it, best thing you can do with a new girl. I try not to overthink it and gauge it well when I bring someone home. If you get her clothes off and her pussy stinks to high hell something's wrong. If her pussy looks discoloured something's probably wrong. If she's got cold sores on her mouth don't go there. The chances of getting anything serious is pretty low. You probably have herpes if you've had sex with a few different girls, and don't even know it like most people. It's not even a big deal tbh.

Where do you live? A place ridden by STDs? Are you surrounded by sick people? STDs are more the exception than the norm. Of course you have to be careful but that’s the whole point. Also women really get the short end of the stick when it comes to STDs.
