I'd like to disagree as our female prime minister in New Zealand was very good, however if you google her she had a voice like a man and was probably the most unfeminine woman in politics so maybe she's an exception? :)

I'm generally a rational gal myself, but I do make some really weird decisions while I'm on my period. Granted, most of the women that go into politics are probably high T women, and I guarantee those higher levels of T screw up a lady's cycle.

Still, he has a right to his opinion whether he's wrong or not (which he's probably not too far off base).
