For me it's 8 hours sleep, 8 hours work, 0,5 hour commuting from home to work back and forth, 1 hour meal prep/cooking/eating/relax, the rest is open for scheduling. On gym days approx. 1,5 hour to getting to gym+workout+shower.

I found the same problem initially, but once you set schedule and push yourself to do certain tasks or go out to game, it'll work itself out. Time management and efficiency is a skill and can be improved like any other skill imo.

Suppose weekends bro. I'm in the same boat. Get home for about 6/6:30. Head to gym for 6:30/7pm. There for 90 mins or 2 hours if I sauna. So basically home at around 9 on a gym night which is at least 4 nights a week. Then cook and eat adds another 60-90 minutes. Then it's time for bed. Maybe get an hour in before bed on a good night.

It's not a bad thing really. My £50 gym membership keeps me from being out drinking on weekdays quite well. Also I find being at home awfully boring. It's great when you don't have it. An hour at home and I'm bored though.

What other things are you trying to achieve? Maybe try gym on your lunch. I used to do this 3 times a week and it helped with time management but u need a gym on premises or super nearby. I won't chose an office or a flat that isn't 5 minutes from a gym. One or the other. Ideally my flat cos that opens up weekends more.

you need to find a new job then. 2 hours of total travel is way too much. it should be 30 mins 1 way MAX. also maybe go to 7 hours of sleep on some days to give you more free time.

It can be done man, here's my schedule so you can get an idea

Mon-Thur

Wake up/Morning Routine: 530-630am

Work: 7am-6pm (11 hrs)

Gym or Muay Thai: 630-8pm

Dinner/Shower: 830-9pm

Leisure (guitar, games, tv): 9-1030pm

Sleep: 1030pm (7 hrs)

Fri is my rest day so I just go out with friends or a date after work. Saturday is also the same except I finish work early around 4 to go to the gym and then go out after that.

Sunday is the most important and where I think you can save time. Bang everything out for the week that you can. All my chores, cleaning, laundry, car wash, meal prep is done because I know I'm gonna be too busy and too tired to come home after working 10-12 hours and 1-2 hours of sparring to do anything.

Tldr, I work 60 hours a week, gym/Muay Thai 5 days a week, go out on dates twice a week, and get 7 hours of sleep every night. I could get 8 if I skip the leisure time and go straight to bed. Don't let anyone tell you you can "makeup sleep over the weekend" (watch sleep expert Matthew Walker on Joe Rogan podcast)

Thats how the system is made. Work jobs and waste energy and time making money for someone else. Then with the money invest in yourself to pursue some low value pussy. This pussy was already pumped and dumped by hundreds of man, but you man up and commit. Then you get cucked, and she accuses you of DV. Thats if you dont marry, because then its divorce rape. Then she goes for your money.

Then she spends that money on some bullshit consumer goods, and gives back to all the Chad corporations, the money she made working as a strong independent woman and you as a slave, that will increase their power and grip on men.

The commute is taking a lot of your day and is a hassle as well. Move closer to work or move your job closer to home.

I have only ever commuted more than 20 mins once in my life. Never again.

Time really is worth a pay cut if you have a solid plan in place and actually use the time wisely towards achieving an end goal.

Debatable. But, to each their own. The Rock gets 4 or 5 hrs average. Strength coach Elliot Hulse gets about the same. I get 6 and am in good standing. It’s all on you.

It's why everyone typically only have one specialty. There are only so many hours in a day. If you can maintain a good job, lift, maintain hygiene and have a good diet, it is plenty.

People say (and I agree) to "do what you love", it helps to reduce the feeling of missing out on "other stuff".

I'm rotating priorities every couple of days. So I sleep less, study 8h, eat a lot, and then switch it up after two days and hit the gym, sleep more, do cold approach. It's optimal for me because I have longer slabs of time for every activity. I can't be bothered time slots of 20min studying, 20min working out, ... .
