What are TRP success advices you would give to a 20 year-old?

I'm a bit tired of reading too much advice about how to deal with women. As Pook said "To the DJ, there is no Sphinx.", that phrase really caught me up. I believe I'm in this stage where what really matters to me is my career, my money, my self-improvement to be a better man.

What advice would you give to the youngsters here?
